Our story
IT7Q was founded in 2020 by Chris Lord, an eighth-generation Australian based in Kallangur, Queensland. Married with four kids, Chris knows first-hand what home users and small businesses need from their tech. With a diploma in IT Systems Administration and years of hands-on support, he built IT7Q around one idea: serious security, explained in plain English, at a price small operators and home users can afford. Today IT7Q spans seven divisions, from managed IT and our own software to handmade woodcraft, and everything we build, we build in-house.
