Who we are

This website is run by IT7Q Cyber-Tech Services (ABN 43 922 878 001), Kallangur QLD 4503. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Just browsing

• This site sets no cookies, so there's no cookie banner.
• We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.
• The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and block attacks.

When you send us a message

The contact form collects your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you're asking about and your message. We also record the time and your IP address to stop spam and abuse. We use these details only to reply to you, and we keep them for 12 months.

When you request NDA access

The access form collects your name, email, organisation (optional), your reason for asking, whether you'd like investor access, and your typed signature. We also record the date and time, the NDA version and its fingerprint, your IP address and your browser details. We use these to manage the NDA and your access.

• An approved NDA record is kept for the NDA's three-year term plus two years.
• IP address and browser details are removed from the record after 12 months. The rest of the record stays for the period above.
• Requests that never become an NDA (still pending, or declined) are deleted after 12 months.
• Access logs and security records are kept for 12 months.

When you log in, a session key is stored in your browser's session storage for that tab only. It isn't a cookie, and it's gone when you close the tab. Sessions also end after 8 hours, or after an hour of inactivity.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. Turnstile processes some technical information about your browser to do this. It doesn't use cookies to track you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services we need to run the site and reply to you: Cloudflare (website delivery, security and analytics) and our email provider. Some of these providers may process information outside Australia. We'd also disclose information if the law required it.

Keeping it safe

Form data goes over encrypted connections and is stored on systems we manage, with access limited to the people who need it. Passwords for the NDA area are stored only as secure one-way hashes.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@it7q.com.au. Some NDA records need to be kept for the periods above.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email info@it7q.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
